Class Description
While the core topic remains the same across all groups, instruction, activities, and expectations are intentionally adjusted to match each age level and stage of development. Families with multiple students can feel confident their children learn the same topics at the same time — each at their own level.

A high-energy sports adventure where kids dive into basketball, soccer, baseball, flag football and more. Through friendly games, skill drills and team challenges, students build coordination, confidence, sportsmanship and a love for staying active.

True champions are defined by more than wins. In this character-building class, students discover what it means to lead with integrity, treat others with respect, bounce back from setbacks, and keep going when things get tough. Through stories, challenges, team activities and reflection, kids learn that heart, discipline and kindness are the real marks of a champion.

The Recipe Room is a hands-on high school course where students develop practical cooking skills through engaging kitchen labs and real-world activities. Students learn kitchen safety, sanitation, recipe reading, meal planning, grocery budgeting, nutrition, and basic cooking and baking techniques while building teamwork, communication, organization, and time management skills. Beyond the kitchen, The Recipe Room helps students prepare for the responsibilities of adulthood by developing practical skills they can use every day. Whether preparing meals for themselves or their families, managing a grocery budget, or planning ahead for busy schedules, students leave the course with the confidence and knowledge to make healthy, responsible decisions that support a successful future.

STEM Innovations is a hands-on high school course that challenges students to think creatively, solve real-world problems, and explore the exciting fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Through engaging projects and collaborative design challenges, students apply STEM concepts while developing critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills. Students explore emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, coding, engineering design, renewable energy, and 3D modeling while creating innovative solutions to everyday challenges. Whether building prototypes, programming applications, or investigating future careers, students gain valuable experience that prepares them for college, technical training, and tomorrow's workforce.

Study Hall is available for high school students who need additional time and support before or after their scheduled classes. This supervised study period provides a quiet environment for completing assignments, preparing for assessments, receiving academic assistance, and staying on track with coursework while building strong study habits and time management skills.
